Steve Hawks grew up in Southern California, graduated from Long Beach State at the top of his class with a Finance/Real Estate Law degree. Recruited out of Marcus & Millchap located in the World Trade Center Long Beach by Airborne Express now DHL in Ontario California. After 6 months was promoted to Southern Nevada and Southern Utah. While District Sales Manager, Steve set company records for sales growth, numbers that had never been seen before in this Fortune 500 Company. Steve had over 100 people working under his direction either directly or indirectly. During this period Steve also obtained his Nevada real estate license. Steve was working two jobs real estate and Airborne Express. Steve's first year of real estate he became the number #1 producer for Century 21 southwest region. This particular period he was the number #1 District Sales Manager for Airborne and the number #1 individual producer for Century 21 in the Southwest Region.
While at Century 21 Steve continued to be in the Top 1% of all Century 21 agents Worldwide. Finishing #1 or #2 producing agents in the southwest. Top 25 realtors in production in Las Vegas several times according to IMS an independent audit agency. Steve had an unprecedented 2003, the number #1 team for Century 21 in the Southwest region and in the top 5 in the entire country. Then after reaching the pinnacle at Century 21. Steve and his partner became one of the youngest Remax franchise owners in the country. Four months after opening Remax Platinum they were the #2 producing team in Nevada August of 2004, #4 producing team in Nevada 2005. As an individual Steve was awarded the 100% club by Remax International in 2004 & 2005. Last count has over 92 million in sales!
Currently Steve is the leader in assisting owners through the short sale process and representing many bank owned properties. Steve is also one of only a handful of agents that several banks have allowed to modify homeowner's loans due to a change in income, loan fraud, loss of job etc.Steve and his partner have negotiated millions of dollars in reductions off homeowner's loan amounts. They have closed over 30 million in recent short sale transactions. Steve finished in the top 1% of all Southern Nevada agents ten of the last eleven years including in 2007,2008 and 2009 Steve also finished in the top 2% nationwide and received the Five Star Best in client satisfaction several times. |
